Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We guarantee that all handcrafted items are authentic and individually made. As a result, most of these items differs slightly in shape, design, color and/or size. We thoroughly check each item to make sure that it is in very good condition before shipping. We will inform you of any flaw, if there is any before shipping.
Return/Refund Policy:
- Fragrance oils are not returnable under any circumstances, unless the error is on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fragrance oils first to assure your complete satisfaction. Returns must be approved, please call (646) 258-4963, or e-mail info@thethaibazaar.com for authorization.
- For other merchandise, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Unless due to an error on our part, shipping charges will not be refunded, in addition the customer is responsible for shipping on all returns.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all merchandise returns (except any of the fragrance oils) to cover any re-packaging costs, credit card fees and labor incurred, unless it is an error on our part.
- In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error. Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order.
- We don't cover items damaged by courier or items lost while the package is in transit. Customer has to inform us before buying the items if you need insurance on which we will add the insurance cost on your shipping charges. Otherwise, we will proceed shipping your items without insurance coverage.
